All elements making up the service (the "Tonael" and "Tonael Ultra" trademarks, logos, text, interface, API, documentation and code) are the exclusive property of Cohesium AI or are used under license. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Cohesium AI is prohibited and would constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Content supplied by the user (audio files, lyrics) remains the user's property, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use.
