How billing works
Per second, rounded up. You are billed per second of audio, rounded up; every job has a 30-second minimum.
Word and per-letter timestamps in every result. Each response carries both word-level and per-letter timing at the same price — take whichever you need. (Need a lighter response? Ask for word-level only.)
Batch submissions. Batch jobs are priced at the batch rate with a minimum pool of 60 audio-minutes per submission, and results are delivered in under 48 hours.
Failed jobs are never charged. If a job fails, the amount is automatically re-credited to your balance.
Result retention. Hot results stay available for 24 hours after completion; batch results for 72 hours.
Prepaid credit packs
Credits are denominated in dollars and drawn down as you process audio. Minimum top-up: $15.
Unused credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credit is final.
