Your allowance lands as credit, so you choose how to spend it — on any product, hot or batch. The minutes above are at the Tonael hot rate: Tonael Ultra costs more per minute, so it uses the allowance up faster, and batch makes it last longer. You will see your exact balance once you sign up.

Separation ships one quality — there is no lesser model to choose from, and no upsell. A video is rendered from an alignment you already have, so three formats of one song cost one alignment and three renders, not three of each.
Video options
The frame and the delivery format change the price. Everything else — the look, the aspect ratio, your own background image, two-singer colours — is included.

Batch rates apply to video too, at the same discount as the table above. Transparent costs more because it is a near-uncompressed format — about 5 MB per second of 1080p — and takes correspondingly longer to produce.
How billing works
Per second, rounded up. You are billed per second of audio, rounded up; every job has a 30-second minimum.
Word and per-letter timestamps in every result. Each response carries both word-level and per-letter timing at the same price — take whichever you need. (Need a lighter response? Ask for word-level only.)
Batch submissions. Batch trades speed for price: a batch job waits up to 24 hours for cheap capacity to open up. If none does, the job is rejected and fully re-credited — unless you send batch_fallback=hot, which processes it in the hot lane at the hot rate instead. Batch is opportunistic, not guaranteed.
Failed jobs are never charged. If a job fails, the amount is automatically re-credited to your balance.
Result retention. Hot results stay available for 24 hours after completion; batch results for 72 hours.
Prepaid credit packs
Credits are denominated in dollars and drawn down as you process audio. Pick a preset or enter any amount from $15 up.
Credits never expire — they stay on your account for as long as it is open. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable; failed jobs are automatically re-credited to your balance.
